Acceptance. Use of the Sites constitutes full acceptance of these terms.
Content. Information is for commercial/professional support, not medical/legal advice. Images are illustrative; specifications may vary.
Prices & taxes. Prices/currency/VAT as shown on product/checkout pages. Typographical/price errors are non-binding; orders placed in error may be cancelled with full refund of amounts actually paid.
Orders & payment. Completion subject to payment authorization and Company approval. Supported methods are displayed at checkout (e.g., PayPal/Tranzila/Stripe/Bank Transfer). Additional verification may be required.
Shipping. Methods/ETAs/costs appear on product/checkout pages. ETAs are estimates and depend on carriers/customs/import.
Self-pickup. Available by prior coordination after readiness confirmation.
Returns/Cancellations (distance selling). Subject to Israeli Consumer Protection Law and regulations: consumer may cancel within 14 days of receipt/disclosure (earlier).
Non-returnable examples: custom-made items; opened/used medical/hygiene/protective gear; items damaged by misuse.
Cancellation fee: up to 5% of the transaction or ₪100 (lower), as permitted by law. B2B returns per specific agreement.
Warranty. Manufacturer/supplier warranty per their terms. Improper installation/use may void warranty.
IP. All content/trademarks/images/designs are protected; no use without prior written consent.
Prohibited use. No unlawful/infringing/abusive activity; no scraping/scanning/security breaches.
Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, total liability is limited to the amount actually paid for the relevant order; no indirect/consequential damages.
Changes & termination. We may update terms/prices/specs and discontinue services from time to time; updates are effective upon posting.
Governing law & jurisdiction. Laws of Israel; exclusive jurisdiction: Central District (Tel-Aviv) Courts, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
