Choose the product you like and then click “add to cart” or “buy now”.
After you have added all the items you want, click “Continue Checkout”
If you have a coupon, enter the code and click “Apply”, then choose “Paypal Checkout” or “Proceed to checkout”
If you click “Paypal Checkout”, you will be asked to log in your Paypal account and complete payment.
If you choose “Proceed to checkout”, fill the necessary information and click “Save”.
Choose your payment method and shipping method.
Place your order.
Sign in to your account and move your mouse to your account name. Click ” View Order “.
Click “My Orders” and find the order you want to cancel. Click ” Cancel “.
A confirmation window will pop up, click ” OK “.
A success message will confirm that you have cancelled the order successfully.
PLEASE NOTE: You can only cancel orders with the status of “payment pending” or “payment declined”. We will not charge extra fees.
If your order status is “ready to process”, please contact customer service to cancel the order before shipment.
Please note if the order has left the warehouse, we won’t be able to cancel it.
Your account will be create automatically when you place your first order.
Your orders are been updated and it can be found in your Account > My Orders.
