Description
FLS Peg task trainer.
The Peg trainer is to train your manoeuvring skills in the laparoscopic environment.
You will need to use the following items:
Simu.Peg trainer
Square plate
10x Rods
5x Orange pegs
5x Purple pegs
2x Laparoscopic Forceps ø5x330mm
The peg transfer task requires you to lift the six objects with the forceps, first in your non-dominant hand and transfer the object midair to your dominant hand.
Then, place each object on a peg to the other side of the plate.
Once all six pegs have been transferred, the process is reversed. Each peg is lifted using the dominant hand from one side to the other side of the plate, transferred midair to the non-dominate hand and placed on the other side of the plate.
