FLS Simu.Ligating trainer.
The ligating trainer is to train you with Placement and Securing of Ligating Loop.
The trainer include:

5 x Foam organs for Ligating
You will need to use the following items:

Laparoscopic Forceps ø5x330mm
Laparoscopic Scissors ø5x330mm
Simu.LooPusher – Knot Pusher
For this task you will need to prepare your loop with one suture,
using the Melzer knot or any other that you prefer.
To load your Simu.LooPusher, insert the suture to the bottom hole of the instrument.
You can than push it into the Sim.Trocar or insert it all along the instrument up to the end of the handle.
At first you need to mark a score line on one of the tubular foam appendages.
In this task you are required to place a pre-tied ligating loop or endoloop around a tubular foam appendage on the provided score mark.
Once you have positioned the endoloop properly at the scored mark on the foam.
Then secure the knot on the mark near the base of the foam appendage by sliding the pusher rod down.
